How to pick a good mandarin?
The mandarin is a perfect dessert for the months from September to March. Its sweetness and easy peel makes it the perfect choice for homes that care about their health.
To choose a good mandarin you need to take in to account the following:
– The weight. The heavier it is the more juice it contains.
– The skin. It doesn’t matter if they have marks on them, but it is important that the skin is firm.
– The smell. If it lets off a fresh aroma it is because it has just been collected.
– With leaves. Assurance that the mandarin is fresh.
